Ronaldo wins FIFA footballer of the year - January 13,2009

Cristiano Ronaldo after winning the European footballer of the year and the Fipro world footballer of the year became the first premier league player to the win the award. The Manchester United & Portuguese International midfielder whose 42 goals last year was central in United win of the Premiership and the Champion League. It was all smiles for the man of the moment and the second Portuguese to win the award after Luis Figo that won the award in 2001.
